    • Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Any violation of this rule will incur a $500 penalty to cover cleaning and odor removal costs.
    • If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building. This ensures that the smoke does not enter the property and keeps the surrounding area clean and pleasant for everyone.
  4. Respect for Neighbors:
    • Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the night. Respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly after 10 PM.
  5. Check-Out Procedures:
    • Please make sure to follow the check-out instructions provided. Ensure that the property is left in a clean and orderly condition.
  6. Damages and Losses:
    • Guests are responsible for any damages or losses that occur during their stay. Please report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
  7. Cancellations:
    • Guests will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.
    • Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be entitled to a 50% refund.
    • Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.
